Joint venture with COSCO Logistics China established in Shanghai, COSCO Vopak Logistics Co., Ltd. a synergy between chemical logistics expert and China Logistics giant.
2008 Shanghai COSCO VOTG Tanktainer Co,, Ltd.
VTG Tanktainer GmbH purchased COSCO Vopak's 50% shares from Vopak China. COSCO Vopak Logistics Co., Ltd. renamed as Shanghai COSCO VOTG logistics Co,, Ltd.
2014 Tianjin VTG Tanktainer Co., Ltd.
COSCO VTG established wholly owned subsidiary Tianjin VTG Tanktainer Co.,Ltd. dedicating inland container transport service.
